Managing Director of Unique Tax Solutions, Sumaria Alexander oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, team development, and organizational processes. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, she helps transform the company’s vision and goals into organized systems that support both clients and tax professionals.

Sumaria plays an important role in coordinating internal operations, supporting team members, and helping maintain the professional standards of Unique Tax Solutions. Her leadership helps keep the organization moving efficiently while creating a supportive environment for continued growth, stronger client service, and the expansion of the Unique Tax Solutions network.

As Marketing Director of Unique Tax Solutions, Brianna Conerly leads the company’s brand strategy, marketing initiatives, digital presence, and promotional campaigns. She works to strengthen the Unique Tax Solutions brand while developing creative strategies that connect the company with taxpayers, aspiring tax professionals, and business owners.

Through strategic marketing, content development, and brand awareness, Brianna helps expand the company’s reach and communicate the opportunities, resources, and professional services available through Unique Tax Solutions. Her work supports the continued growth of the organization while helping maintain a strong and recognizable brand presence.

As Director of Tax Operations, Karmice White oversees the systems and processes that support tax preparation services at Unique Tax Solutions. Her responsibilities include supporting preparers, maintaining workflow standards, assisting with compliance procedures, and helping ensure clients receive an organized and professional tax preparation experience.
